This is an original mock broadsheet layout I created. The only requirements were that I tease three stories at the bottom of the front page, jump at least two stories on the second page, and design around the two advertisements.

I was provided with stories photos that I was tasked with editing. Two of the stories are original reporting (Communication studies and Tunnel of Oppression). 

I then had to determine the newsworthiness of each story and create the design based on the designations. All headlines, cutlines and deckheads were created by myself for the broadsheet.
